July 29-4
So for some reason - my lazy self didn't get out of bed and run once this week.
I can make excuses: I had cramps, headaches, wasn't sleeping... but, they are just excuses.
I'm annoyed and bummed because I was doing so well and finally getting into a routine.
However, week is over and no runs = ZERO miles = major fail

July 22-28
For the week of July 22-28 I did amazing!
I woke up between 4 and 420 every day and went for a run.
Monday - I woke up and heard major thunder and thought 'sweet, i'm going back to bed!' Then I realized, No, not an excuse - so I drug my tired self to the gym! 5 miles!
Tuesday - I woke up early and was on the trail at 5 am. I started with my headlamp (but in my hand) and loved watch the animals and the light come out. It was great! 6 miles!
Wednesday - 6 more trail miles
Thursday - I'd managed to convince a friend to go run w/me. We tried to meet at the Hatchery but apparently the parking lot isn't open that early! So we went back to the place I normally run. 6 miles!
Friday - was a rest day! However, I worked 8-5, and 5:20-12:30. so I'm not sure how much REST I got!
I felt GREAT! It was amazing to get into a routine of running every morning. My body was getting used to running again and I was enjoying it!
